We All Need Help and Assistance Now and Then

Have you ever wondered to yourself What the Bleep______ Is Going on Here?
How did I attract this experience again?
I certainly did….after my 2nd car was totaled (in less than 9 months!)
After the second visit to the hospital, I finally got the lesson I needed to get so I could ascend to a higher state of consciousness Seems it was time for me to grow, evolve, and transform (yet again).
Many of us will be growing through numerous shifts in consciousness, especially during these rapid changes times of the modern society.
It struck me though….if change is so great, why aren’t more people doing it?
From my perspective, most people are not aware of what is good and not good for them.
Too many people settle for a “default life”---full of dead-end jobs, unfulfilling relationships, and little personal time to enjoy what truly matters.
They may even think there is a way out, but can’t seem to locate the exit sign.
So they do what most people do ----they buy books and spend thousands on seminars.
However, you know as well as I know, books and seminars are often just more information, (and who needs that in the Age of Information Overload?)
Information without application is a waste of precious time and energy.
So what does work?
Emotional Support and Mentoring.
We all need help. That is why there are so many humans on the planet.
Instead of helping each other, though, we have fallen into the trap of competing with each other for air, food, money, etc.
This the wrong way.
The right way is to ask for help when you need it. Just be sure you are asking someone who has been there and can help guide your way.
There is a part of you that is eternal, your soul, which knows the answers to your questions.
You only need to get connected with it.
When you listen to this eternal part of you, you will overcome any obstacle or challenge. This part of you knows what is good for you and what is not, because it knows how the entire universe works, indeed you are that!
This is the approach I take in a soul coaching session.

Michelle, great intro into what you do. I wonder –do you feel about mentor-mentoree as healer-healee: both in the dance of connection? Switching roles as they move towards wholeness.

Oh, absolutely, I believe we are all teachers/healers/students, and sometimes honestly, I feel like I should be paying my clients, since so many times what they are working on is a mirror for me, of course that is why it works so magically …..the dance of souls…I believe everyone should try different modalties—reiki, eft, coaching, energy healing, etc to see what resonates and do more of that…and the person they choose is very important to the dance
What about karma? lets say we are trying really hard to change now but we owe the universe for previous things – maybe not even in this lifetime.
Not going to go there….that is one subject with too many perceptions. I choose to focus on myself in this life time, and I feel it is my responsibility to heal and “make right” me and my actions in this NOW moment. And the best way I have found that is to ask for and receive help when I need it.
ps really powerful healing can heal past Karma anyway
